What was with the piano player?

Ok, the version I saw, the piano man gets up, seems normal, and goes to the bathroom.

In there, he takes off his suit jacket...and is already bleeding!! This is BEFORE he is attacked by the snake!

What happened here? Is there a deleted scene or something? Really...why was that guy already bleeding?

Because he was the rapist that tried to rape the main girl in the parking lot that Eric shot with the crossbow.

Thanks very much for that explanation. I couldn't figure out the wound either. You would think he would have changed his shirt because he's playing the piano the next day (or later).

he did probably change his shirt. It was still bleeding because of his wound. He couldnt go to a hospital or anything because they would obviously want to know how he got shot with a arrow
