This one was a little better than I expected.

The fact that it was made in 1989 during my care-free high school days probably added to my enjoyment of it.

In fact, I actually owned a shirt identical to the one the killer wore at one point in the film!

Loved seeing some classic 80s hairdos and fashions!

By the time this movie was made, most of the Italian shockers were losing their bite, but Lenzi put together a nice effort here. The ocean scenary added to it.

I actually thought this was pretty entertaining also, even though as you said, these late entry genre films really degraded in quality by this time. The story was pretty good but there was some really bad acting, especially in the end scene.
