I'm not the biggest fan of Parents, but Sandy Dennis was terrific in it. She completely stole the movie. One of the greatest actors ever! I love the bit when she drops the cigarette and crawls under her desk to get it. I'm convinced that was an accident and they left it in. Brilliant!

Yeah...She was great...I like how her character was the total opposite of the 50's TV land lifestyle. They made her into a beatnick, Bohemian type character who's ahead of her time and what was to become of the 60's generation.
