To the best of my knowledge, this movie only came out on video in the UK, same as Parent Trap III and II. It is possible to find bootlegs on Ebay, but I don't recommend it.
Disney is releasing The Parent Trap: 2-Movie Collection on September 20. Which Includes The Parent Trap & The Parent Trap 2. Maybe They consider releasing the rest of the trilogy in the future.
