Spanish Subtitles

I began watching this as a free on demand movie offered by my cable carrier. There was a scene in an office following the large diplomatic meeting where two Russian officers were talking in Russian. The subtitles for this conversation were in spanish. I didn't stick with the movie long enough to see it this cropped up again. I thought they might be showing a Hispanic version of the film but that doesn't make sense because English was spoken throughout the film. Any explanations?
