Only a Full Screen DVD?

This has been shown on This TV channel a couple times. I've yet to set it beginning to end, but it looks good enough that I'd really like to see it in it's original format and in Widescreen.

The DVD I see on Amazon has a screengrab and only appears to have Full Screen.

Any idea if there was a Widescreen DVD released, too?

I tried e-mailing MGM directly, but they didn't seem to understand English, so I just gave up. They even directed me to a completely different movie named Out Cold, even though I included a direct link about the movie on their website.
