Director Bruce R. Cook/The Census Taker?

I was wondering if any of you know anything about the director of this movie? I DVR'd his other movie, The Census Taker, and am now curious about Nightwish.

The Census Taker is a really unique movie. At times it is as awkward and obtuse as Troll 2, but then there are really nice scenes and then there is the very odd soundtrack by The Residents.
