After Greta dies, Alice stays with this skater guy. In his room the TV is on and there's some conservative politician shouting at a metal band whom he calls "scumbags". who is the band and is that scene real or was it shot for the movie?

I don't thnk it was a real band. I saw in the credits that it was Ted Nugent and Eric Singer along with two other guys, that I've never heard of.

They are credited as "The Hot Seat Band" because the show is called "The Hot Seat with Wally George" and i would totally recommend watching episodes on youtube
