buy the soundtrack to this movie. It is great. A nice variety of songs. I also really enjoyed the film. It is a fun flick that offers a bit of mystery, crazy antics and of course great music.

shareI have this soundtrack and have to agree with you. It is THE quintessential REGGAE soundtrack album. I love Jimmy Cliff and I loved the movie as well. There are so many great songs and musicians on this album.
Right now I am listening to a lot of BLUES music but still love my reggae and always will.

I listen to folk and classic rock alot, personally. Mostly Bob Dylan, Jerry Jeff Walker, and Creedence Clearwater Revival. I will always have a place in my heart for Reggae, though, and the culture that it gave birth to.
