The sickest moment would have to be The Fly eating poo with a sliver spoon in Harrys toilet.

Well other than the Fly eating poop I was grossed out by any scene with Blech and Samantha the cat... I mean she was trying to "pop his cookies" and what Heidi say Samantha do to Blech took the cake and I can't say what it is because IMDB.com might be a family site!
