Could this have been the role that landed her the phoebe character on Friends?

I recently bought this movie and thought the same thing. But, after pausing it, and slo-moing it, I've decided that it's not her. It looks like her for a moment because of the angle of her face, but when she shifts her head she doesn't look like Kudrow anymore, to me, at least.

What landed Lisa Kudrow her role on "Friends" was the fact that "Friends" was actually a spin-off of the Paul Resier/Helen Hunt show "Mad About You". Lisa Kudrow played Phoebe's twin sister Ursula on "Mad About You". She was a waitress and Paul and Helen's favorite resturant.
