Does anyone know the name of the song played during the end credits?

Actually, that song is a lot older than that. It was sung originally by Bob Marley.

Sorry michaelrocks 68, it was'nt Bob Marley, but Jimmy Cliff originally
sang Many Rivers To Cross.
UB40 also does a pretty good cover of the song.
