Does this movie in a way, feel cursed now?

*John Travolta had to endure a bunch of horrible tragedies in his personal life such as losing his son Jett and his wife Kelly Preston. Not to mention the death of his dear friend and old Grease co-star Olivia-Newton John.

*Kirstie Alley was during the later portion of her life, was ridiculed for gaining too much weight before suddenly passing away last year from colon cancer.

*Bruce Willis was recently forced to retire after being diagnoised with aphasia and later dementia.

How is it a stupid post? This is coming from a person whose user name is literally "StinkyPoopyPants". So how in the hell am I supposed to take your opinions seriously?

You're chastising me for making "copy and paste jobs" and yet, you're essentially quoting what somebody else said here to make your point...OK!? If you can't talk to me in a respectful and civil manner, then don't fucking bother to interact with me in the first place.

reply

You flat out said that my post was stupid and yet you don't bother to elaborate why exactly you feel that way. So yes, it's within my right to not take your post seriously.

Hello TMC-4,

This is a family account my husband and I share with our 3 kids. When we created it, our youngest was 8 at the time and upset that he was not allowed to post so we told him he can name it, thus the name we're stuck with, lol.

Anyway, my oldest son posted that reply, I apologize on his behalf. We have had a tragedy in our family and he, actually all of us, are pretty angry with the world right now. But that is not anyone's fault. And no reason to be rude to others, not online or anywhere for that matter. I try to monitor the posts they make but I don't always catch them right away.

I hope you understand, I deleted the original posts.

Take care of yourself 😊

Jeff Conaway died too

reply

I don't think this movie had anything to do with all that.

If you can't enjoy the movie because it reminds you of these events, then for you it's cursed yes because you can't enjoy it anymore. But I'd say for most people, no.

reply

All of these things happened like +30 years after the release of the movie... I think it would be considered cursed if these things had happened way closer to the release.

How does the fact that these actors had tragedies etc affect the movie and make it 'cursed'?

That sees to indicate that the movie had something to do with it...which is silly.

Many actors on many movis suffered tragedies. There are probably movies from the 30s and 40s where all of the cast are now dead. Are those movies cursed too?

joan rivers also died after making a cameo as the voice of the baby sister at the end of this film

reply

No movie is 'cursed'.
