It was VERY well done! How they did it? Even the fetus, the baby... everything was well done!
Nowadays they do everything with CGI, but back in 1989 they did a great job with prop

I was wondering the same thing. Surely it wasn't real? But CGI wasn't that good back then so I wonder how they did it...

There was enough technology back then to use a tiny camera to watch the 'inner workings' of a body.
I grew up in the '80s, and that's when I first saw this technology. 

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
