Am I thinking of the right movie?

Is this the movie where at the end, Stallone asks the guard "Do you know what I'm going to miss most about this place?" The guard says "What?" and Stallone responds with "Your smile" or something similar. I think I've seen this movie but that is the only part I remember. Thanks for your response.
