Warden

What would he be charged with? How would it hold up in court? It's messed up. His subordinates captures him. Also where would he be housed? Other prisoners would tear his butt up

reply

Realistically, he would be arrested and taken to the county jail, and be formally charged with murder, murder for hire, and he would never be housed within Gateway prison for his own good

reply

The evil warden in Shawshank Redemption killed himself. Death is too good for this piece of $hit I hope they threw him into a regular prison with no special protections.

I think a beautiful ending scene would be a sex montage where we see Stallone having sex with his beautiful girlfriend then we switch to the evil warden getting brutally gang raped.

reply

The warden would definitely be charged and I've no issue with Meissner assuming the authority to arrest him. But as to the warden being able to surreptitiously kidnap/transfer Frank from country club prison with weekend release, to a maximum security prison with no questions asked, that's just ridiculous.🐭

reply

I wouldn't be shocked if he got acquitted on all counts. Just like the 4 LAPD officers who beat Rodney King in the first trial.

It's very difficult to convict law enforcement officials in the USA.

reply

He wouldn't be acquitted. He admitted his guilt surrounded by about 20 witnesses.
