I was able to see this film by requesting it through Interlibrary Loan at my local library. There was no cost, but most copies were only in Spanish (NOT subtitled in English). Also, available copies are on VHS. There appears to a subtitled copy available from the Mansfield Library at the U of Montana -- I've borrowed items from them through ILL in the past -- so as long as your local library participates, you should be able to see it.
