Somethin creepy I remember...

I remember seeing this movie back in the early '90s. The only part I really remember was the bike being left out and another creepy part when Fred Savage was talking to a monster. There was another female monster with gigantic lips that was looking at him. Then the monster pulled Fred Savage's pants down for no reason at all.
