Who else doesn't get the lyric

But fish in the bowl is lucky, he is in for a worser fate

When the "owner" gets tired or hungry Guess who's gonna be on the plate?

Well do you really thing that under water creatures really know what happens to their above-water friends who are humans' pets?

While the fish is still in the bowl, he's lucky, even though he may be sad. Because, like the other poster pointed out, once the owner gets hungry he will be out of the bowl and on a plate, which is obviously a worse fate.

I think the fish in the bowl is very well a prisoner.
