The tuxedo makes him look suave and stylish, but how can he easily look more sinister? A simple solution is the hair style. Now he looks sinister and horrible.
If we look closely, in the scene where Bond and Sanchez first come face to face, both Sanchez and Bond have almost identical hairstyles.
I didn't like his hair at all in this movie.
