... then why are they speaking in English to each other, even when they're alone ?
(yeah, I know...I guess it's for the audience to understand, but in the film reality ?).
This is my favorite Bond film. I sort of agree with you in general. But, I am one to not mind subtitles, either. I would rather see films where it is not natural for characters to be speaking English...to be filmed in their natural language...with subtitles. That seems more realistic....PS....I love Lupe Lamora...my favorite Bong girl, ever!
Besides, everyone knows that for some nutty reason, American audiences don't like subtitles. Make Subtitles Great Again!
