A Futuristic Brooklyn From a 1950's Point of View

Seriously, this movie has elements of A Clockwork Orange and Eraserhead portraying a lonely, abandoned community whose few citizens are full of emotionally bankrupt people that are thugs, drug addicts, prostitutes, and the like. And nowhere around them is a better place.
