Worst Movie Ever?

This is the worst movie my wife and I have ever seen together. When we were still single I saw "Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman" and she saw "The Blob", so we wouldn't call it the worst movie ever, but it's definitely the most awful piece of cinematography either one of us has ever viewed. Was it an attempt to pull off the heist seen in "The Producers"? An homage to thirties westerns with a Restoration backdrop gone bad? I bought this DVD at the dollar store and I call myself a victim of "highway robbery"!
