My pick is Kurt's godawful accountant partition: he is the protagonist, and becomes a master kickboxer warrior....with a fucking partition that makes him look like a Ken doll on steroids.
I pick Tong Po for practical reasons. He participate in underground fighting without rules, why he gives his opponent a chance to play dirty by pulling his pigtail? I guess he never been in kindergarten or school. Amateurish decision.

Maybe he wants you to open your stance to grab his tail, so he can punish your torso with his knees and elbows!
mmmmm a bait, interesting. Possible explanation. Agree that it is not easy to catch him off guard behind his back. If my memory serves me correctly, he even hit his opponent with is ponytail one time.

I did always think Van Damme's hairstyles in Kickboxer & Bloodsport were a bit dorky in an 80s preppy schoolboy sort of way. It appears that this was his preferred hairstyle throughout much of the 80s with the exceptions of his "bad guy" roles in 'No Retreat, No surrender' & 'Black Eagle' where he sported slick backed hairstyles. The accountant partition/Ken doll description is hilariously fitting in retrospect. That said, I'm not sure it beats out Eric's greasy Jheri curl mullet.
