Not sure how the state of Florida could have passed any legislation outside its' own state. Only in the mind of a fool would anyone think that's possible.
Guess that's why you made the post eh? Fool.
You wouldn’t want the County Animal Control Commission taking too hard a look at the status of your pet license application would you? You’ve been living in the UK since before 1988, you were not grandfathered into any new laws and are still bound by legacy pet licensing laws passed by Parliment.
You wouldn’t want the County Animal Control Commission taking too hard a look at the status of your pet license application would you?
Can you read?
Is a dog licence required in the UK?
You don't need a licence for most common domestic pets. You must make sure your dog is microchipped.

They could pass a law that the state of Florida will officially not recognize Daniels black belt… they could write it into their constitution. They could have also passed a law to seize the belt if Daniel ever enters the state. State officials could then track down the poor man Miyagi stole it from and return his property to him.
They can officially not recognize what they want IN Florida but they can't strip him of his rank or his belt you bozo. furthermore, why the hell would he enter said state wearing his belt?
State officials could then track down the poor man Miyagi stole it from and return his property to him.
Seeing as it isn't real life then that is unlikely.
Funny how you posted at the same time as NRC123 and yet despite it being 5.00am where you supposedly live, claim not to be the same person.
Florida can make it so Daniels belt is legally not recognized in the state. Other state legislatures would likely follow with similar legislation. Ultimately the Federal Government would be compelled to act as well. I do think it’s right for the belt to be returned to the man it was stolen from. Just because it’s been nearly 40 years doesn’t mean it’s okay to keep stolen property.
Florida can make it so Daniels belt is legally not recognized in the state.
And?
Other state legislatures would likely follow with similar legislation.
Nope.
Ultimately the Federal Government would be compelled to act as well.
Is there no end to this fantasy?
I do think it’s right for the belt to be returned to the man it was stolen from.
Maybe it was. Maybe Miyagi made a phone call just like Daniel did about the kid whose nose he broke. Hey, maybe it was that example by Miyagi that prompted Daniel to try and do the right thing.
See, we can all make shit up just like you do.
Just because it’s been nearly 40 years doesn’t mean it’s okay to keep stolen property.
Guess you haven't heard of the statute of limitations eh?
Black belt theft has to rank as one of the most heinous of petty crimes. Think of the years of sweat, toil and racism the good gentleman had to endure to earn it, then along comes Kesuke the kleptomaniac in search of his next fix. He was a despicable character who deserved to be deported.
Your willingness to excuse the act just reveals your own lack of integrity. Can only imagine the stunts you’ve pulled at karate tournaments and all the devious ways you’ve bent the rules to earn that national title you keep bragging about. The British Karate Association should launch an investigation into your schemes.
Your willingness to excuse the act just reveals your own lack of integrity.
As opposed to your willingness to excuse everything Kai you mean? You have shown across the years that you have never had any integrity.
Can only imagine the stunts you’ve pulled at karate tournaments and all the devious ways you’ve bent the rules to earn that national title you keep bragging about.
You act like I need an endorsement from you who excuses Kai stunts.
The British Karate Association should launch an investigation into your schemes.
Feel free to suggest it to an organization that I have no connection to. Or did you mean the British Karate Federation? Maybe the World Karate Federation? Perhaps the English Karate Federation or the English Karate Organization?
Tell you what? We'll just accept that you haven't got a clue what you are on about.
As opposed to your willingness to excuse everything Kai you mean? You have shown across the years that you have never had any integrity.
When did the Kai do anything as heinous as stealing a black belt from a minority? It should have been classified as a hate crime.
If the truth came out today, Daniel’s title would be revoked. A season five plot point should have unearthed security footage exposing Miyagi’s crime with the official coming out of retirement to tell his side of the story and seek vengeance.
You act like I need an endorsement from you who excuses Kai stunts.
You’re just not used to being called out on your bullshit across there in Boris Johnson’s Britain. Over in the West, we have law and order.
Feel free to suggest it to an organization that I have no connection to.
Did you just admit to not being certified by the BKA? The authorities should shut you down. reply share
At what point did any Kai member do anything as heinous as stealing a black belt from a minority? It should have been classified as a hate crime.
Like I said. You excuse Kai behaviour, and then talk bullshit about stealing a blackbelt being a hate crime.
If the truth came out today, Daniel’s title would be revoked. A season five plot point should have unearthed security footage exposing Miyagi’s crime with the official coming out of retirement to tell his side of the story and seek vengeance.
You really do post some bullshit don't you?
You’re just not used to being called out on your bullshit across there in Boris Johnson’s Britain.
And what bullshit would that be eh?
Over in the West, we have law and order.
What? Where the officers of the law kill civilians ?
Did you just admit to not being certified by the BKA?
I am nothing to do with the BKA.
The authorities should shut you down.
Why do you believe that the BKA is the governing authority for Karate in the UK? The BKA is just one association that is part of the BKF (British Karate Federation) and is an all styles association rather than just Karate. My blackbelt was gained through the NKA (Northern Karate Association) part of FEKO,MAC and EKGB (now EKF) and all part of the BKF, under the tuition of Shihan Ray Wilson and was registered on the UK National Register of Blackbelts in 1990.
What if your sensei who awarded you the black belt, on his deathbed, whispered “Wears Alan is no longer a black belt” as his final words? If you found this out would you accept that you’re no longer a black belt and resign to starting over?
It’s actually a legit question. Because you said that an instructor can arbitrarily give and take away someone’s rank so I posited an example of that kind of reasoning.
No it isn't and you have asked this before. It was answered in full just not to your satisfaction or understanding. It didn't happen so it is a moot point either way and it only leads to more 'what ifs' just to arrive at the example you are positing.
It is funny though that you argue Miyagi can't arbitrarily award said rank yet have no problem with Johnny doing that very thing. That is the very definition of hypocrisy.
You can’t name one thing the Kai did that ranks alongside the “Buddha provide”incident.
'I buried John last week'.
His entire legacy at the tournament is based on fraud. If that information came to light, would Miyagi-do be allowed entry?
Well you don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to work out why Cobra Kai received a life time ban after the '85 tournament. Some legacy that eh?
You probably didn’t make it to Harrods because you got mugged by a yob in Piccadilly Circus.
If you are referring to the time you offered to stand in for romefan123, try to at least stick to the facts. I was never going to be there and said so. Your premise that I was mugged by a yob is another lie/fantasy by a person who has always been frugal with the truth.
