I believe Silver and Sato made a lucrative business deal together. Sato agreed to let Dynatox dump chloride sludge in the Okinawa village. Good thing no one in the village knew what chloride sludge is. The revenue from the deal enabled Sato to make improvements to the village at the end.

I think i read somewhere that he's retired from acting, so don't think it will be happening.

If it did tho maybe he would join Daniels side and go against kreese.

Well seeing as Kreese saved Silvers life 'countless times' in Vietnam, then I couldn't see Silver ever turning against him. Maybe if Chozen turned up and in honour of his Uncle Sato's friendship with Miyagi, teamed up with Daniel and Johnny against Kreese, Silver and Barnes (if he wasn't dumped in a landfill).

But I thought that in your opinion Silver wasn't a real friend of Kreese anyway? I mean he did "lie" to him about giving 100% of CK dojos right? What then would prevent him from turning against Kreese pray tell?

Had something personal to deal with, hence the late reply.. The time frame suggested was for both parties to have time to sort things out. You may or may not be able to drop everything and just jet off somewhere I can't. I have booked for Jamaica next year (did so when I suggested Jamaica). You have been given a reasonable time to sort out your affairs. Do so or shut the fuck up!

Thomas Ian Griffith(Terry Silver) who played Vallek did an interview for the bluray of John Carpenter's Vampires. He's fully grey but I'd say looks like he's probably still in good shape.

So while Thomas Ian Griffith has retired from acting, he might come out for a project like this.

One thing that seems true from all the interviews over the years is that all the cast members liked working on the films and LOVED Pat Morita. There's also a lot of respect and affection for Martin Kove.

So we can still hope.

Danny Kamekona (Sato) may have passed away, but Yuji Okumoto's still active. Chozen may have been a one-dimensional cartoon character 30 years ago, but, like Johnny, he could've aged into a much more interesting foil for a future season.

Assuming there ARE any future seasons - "Cobra Kai" was a big draw for YouTube premium, but who knows whether that same fanbase is enough to convince Netflix to keep it going.

I am glad this show is on Netflix now. I saw the first two episodes on YouTube, but wasn't going to pay for their service. Gotta check it out now.
