I agree Whinielle never earned the right to wear the Cobrai Kai gi.

But he looked awful in it anyway... his gargantuan ass barely fit in it.

reply

He didn't look right in a gi full stop.
Silver should never have let him wear a Cobra Kai gi

reply

Did Whinielle ever return the Gi to Terry Silver or did he end up stealing it?

Hopefully he laundered it first....

reply

Why would you think he would return it?

reply

Well if he didn't return it, it would be theft wouldn't it?

reply

And?
It's not as if you think he's above theft is it?

reply

I would expect even the dregs of society (Whinielle) to show at least an iota of gratitude to a great man like Terry Silver for giving free karate lessons.

The fact that Whinielle was not only ungrateful and insolent toward Mr. Silver but STOLE the gi as well is shocking.

reply

And not unexpected by you so drop the act.

reply

Well everyone knows Whinielle is the bad guy.... do you believe that too?

I just didn't think he'd stoop so low as to steal a gi from a karate master who espouses honesty compassion and FairPlay.

reply

Well everyone knows Whinielle is the bad guy.... do you believe that too?

Bad guy, no.Arsehole, yes.

I just didn't think he'd stoop so low as to steal a gi from a karate master who espouses honesty compassion and FairPlay.

Well, obviously LaRusso doesn't see it that way.

reply

Bad guy, no.Arsehole, yes.

Really? Then pray tell, who are the bad guys?

reply

Karate Kid 3?

John Kreese
Terry Silver
Mike Barnes

edit: Snake as well, but he's more of an arsehole too.

reply

So you're that morally bankrupt that you call the Cobra Kai bad guys?

I'm glad you're in jail where you belong!

reply

Lol

reply

You overlook the complexities of their characters, Wears. The film is about Kreese’s recovery and redemption. His personal journey from being down and out to his triumphant fist raise at the All Valley tournament is awe inspiring, one of cinema’s finest depictions of Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey. Terry Silver’s character showcases the power of friendship and loyalty. Both men find purpose in mentoring the young Mike Barnes, a hybrid of Silver’s business acumen and Kreese’s athleticism. Snake, though not as physically gifted, is never-the-less a dedicated employee with a keen eye for fashion. Throw Dennis in the mix and their efficiency is on par with the 1986 Boston Celtics.

reply

Kreese agreed for LaRusso to meet his students in the competition. When it looked like he might actually win he told Bobby to take him out of commission = Bad guy. Afterwards in the car park he attacks his star student and back hands another, thus physically assaulting a minor =Bad guy. He then loses all of his students and falls in to depression. He decides to give it all up and goes to Terry silver. After a talk with Silver he goes to Tahiti where he is having a massage, he tells Silver to make LaRussos hands bleed all because he himself fucked up causing his own hands to bleed = Bad guy.

Terry Silver sets his stall out from the start. He lies about Kreese being dead = Bad guy. He says he'll hurt the old man (Miyagi) through the kid. = Bad guy. He 'trains' LaRusso for the competition, but he is really torturing him. = Bad guy. He illegally enters Miyagis property = Bad guy. He flies in a thug to torment and harass LaRusso. = Bad guy. He tells said thug to basically deliberately hurt LaRusso in the tournament (which goes against the spirit of fair play you guys constantly bang on about) = Bad guy.

Mike Barnes agrees to torment and harass LaRusso (for money) = Bad guy. He is already known as Karates' bad boy so we already actually know he's a bad guy.

Snake. Well if you want to be a bad boy in California, snake's the one to hang out with....you know it! = Bad guy and arsehole.

But hey, don't you let the truth get in the way of your story eh?

reply

Wears Alan...WOW. Just WOW.

You're a special kind of miscreant who can't even tell the difference between right and wrong.

You have no place in our society.

reply

You have no place in our society.

The jury felt the same way.

reply

Except it didn't did it? There was no conclusion to your trial seeing as the evidence was fabricated by none other than yourself.
Freak!

reply

The jury felt the same way.

It's a good thing he wasn't able to bribe them. I imagine inviting the DA to a dinner of poached tilapia didn't go down too well either.

reply

It would be hard to bribe a non existent jury. Even harder if it was as blind to the truth as these two jerks!

reply

You're a special kind of miscreant who can't even tell the difference between right and wrong.

It would appear that YOU have no grasp of right and wrong.
Why are you so stupid?

YOUR society?
You mean I have no place in your fantasy world. We at least agree on that.

reply

You have a warped and disturbing sense of ethics. Your students are better off with you behind bars and not filling their heads with an Alistair Crowley type point of view. By bringing you to justice, the Kai has made a real difference in the lives of a few dozen Yorkshire youths.

reply

Yorkshire youths?
Another failure down to your inaccuracy. But then again, what's new eh? You and your warped side kick have always played loose with the facts.

reply

What news from prison? Is it anything like Shawshank?

reply

wouldn't know, it's your fantasy.

reply

There must be a con like you in every prison. Get busy living or get busy dying.

reply

NRC123, should we send WA a poster of Rita Hayworth for Christmas?

reply

You see this is why most people don't post here anymore. Every single post gets turned in to your fantasy of me. You are infatuated with me aren't you?

reply

Think he might prefer Clark Gable.

reply

Why?
It's cruisin109 who has the gay thoughts.

reply

Wouldn't know.

reply

Salvation lies within, Wears.

reply

Perhaps you ought to practice what you preach, FrogClarke!

reply

Kreese agreed for LaRusso to meet his students in the competition. When it looked like he might actually win he told Bobby to take him out of commission = Bad guy.

Isn't that the point of a kumite? I guess 'no mercy' is just a meaningless platitude to you.

Afterwards in the car park he attacks his star student and back hands another, thus physically assaulting a minor =Bad guy.

Don't you ever strike your karate students Wears? No? I guess you coddle them and they won't be take a punch in real life. You do them a disservice.

Miyagay caused the whole bleeding hands thing to begin with. Kreese advocating it didn't involve destruction of property either. Besides Whinielle wanted Kreese MURDERED. "Why didn't you (kill him) then!?" LOL

Lights out Wears! You're about 10 seconds away from solitary!

reply

Terry Silver sets his stall out from the start. He lies about Kreese being dead = Bad guy. He says he'll hurt the old man (Miyagi) through the kid. = Bad guy.

Kreese, a decorated war hero, was for all internets and purposes dead (emotionally and financially) due to the evil acts of Miyagay and Whinielle which was why Silver sent him to Tahiti.

He 'trains' LaRusso for the competition, but he is really torturing him. = Bad guy.

Silver generously gave Whinielle some much needed lessons about to not being a pussy.. for FREE! He did this despite Whinielle's insolence (not calling his instructor "Sir" whining "Why do I have to do this?" constantly and peeing on the dojo floor and, to top it all off, stealing the Cobra Kai gi.

He illegally enters Miyagis property = Bad guy.

He was never asked to leave and therefore not trespassing. One time he entered to SAVE Whinielle's ass from being beaten. Plus the property was not Miyagay's anyway... it was using subsidized by welfare and social security fraud. Miyagay wasn't even supposed to be in the country, he was supposed to be deported back to Okinawa as he was an chronically unemployed drain on taxpayers.

He flies in a thug to torment and harass LaRusso. = Bad guy. He tells said thug to basically deliberately hurt LaRusso in the tournament (which goes against the spirit of fair play you guys constantly bang on about) = Bad guy.

He flew in an opponent to toughen up the flaccid doughboy Whinielle.. what was wrong with that? Nothing Barnes did was unfair... overtime he lost a point during the fight it was fair game.

Mike Barnes agrees to torment and harass LaRusso (for money) = Bad guy. He is already known as Karates' bad boy so we already actually know he's a bad guy.

What is wrong for fighting in a tournament for an extreme financial reward? Wears, at a certain point, the stakes needs to be raised past a meaningless plastic trophy. Yeah he's karate's "bad boy"... isn't that good?

reply

Snake. Well if you want to be a bad boy in California, snake's the one to hang out with....you know it! = Bad guy and arsehole.

Again.. being "bad" is good. I think you take things too literally.

reply

Kreese, a decorated war hero, was for all internets and purposes dead (emotionally and financially) due to the evil acts of Miyagay and Whinielle which was why Silver sent him to Tahiti.

This is so laughable, I wonder if you have actually watched this movie or you are just jumping on the Kai bandwagon. Silver tells Miyagi and Daniel that Kreese is DEAD! Not emotionally and financially, but physically. He even says he buried him 'last week'. He wants them to believe he is actually DEAD!
Why are you so stupid?

Silver generously gave Whinielle some much needed lessons about to not being a pussy.. for FREE! He did this despite Whinielle's insolence (not calling his instructor "Sir" whining "Why do I have to do this?" constantly and peeing on the dojo floor and, to top it all off, stealing the Cobra Kai gi.

Hahaha! Again have you actually watched this movie?
Daniel: I thought the lessons were free?
Silver: Nothings free Danny boy!

Sir? No it's Sensei. And it was Silvers position to correct him.

Constantly? If a guy has one drink does that mean he's constantly drinking. Once is not constantly. Why are you so stupid?

He was never asked to leave and therefore not trespassing. One time he entered to SAVE Whinielle's ass from being beaten. Plus the property was not Miyagay's anyway... it was using subsidized by welfare and social security fraud. Miyagay wasn't even supposed to be in the country, he was supposed to be deported back to Okinawa as he was an chronically unemployed drain on taxpayers.

He was never invited in on that occasion either. Ergo, trespassing. The other two times, one, he apologized for the intrusion, two, he came to the rescue of a person in trouble but he was (supposedly) coming round anyhow to drop a book off for Daniel.
As for the rest of your drivel, well you just out and out made that up.
Why are you so stupid?

to be continued

reply

continued....
He flew in an opponent to toughen up the flaccid doughboy Whinielle.. what was wrong with that? Nothing Barnes did was unfair... overtime he lost a point during the fight it was fair game.

No he didn't fly him in to toughen him up, he flew him in to take his title and hurt him in the process. What he did WAS unfair that's why he lost those points. Furthermore he did it deliberately. I mean the punch after the fight was stopped and the kick between the legs are against the rules...why are you so stupid?

What is wrong for fighting in a tournament for an extreme financial reward? Wears, at a certain point, the stakes needs to be raised past a meaningless plastic trophy. Yeah he's karate's "bad boy"... isn't that good?

Nothing...as long as the person is there to do just that and not there to injure a person. Or are you saying that if I paid somebody, for an extreme financial reward, to hurt you simply because we disagree, then that's fine?
Why are you so stupid?

Again.. being "bad" is good. I think you take things too literally.

The guy likes to smash other peoples property up and dangle people from cliffs and intimidate people. No, that's not good. Why are you so stupid?

reply

Isn't that the point of a kumite? I guess 'no mercy' is just a meaningless platitude to you.

You need to read the rules. Because not knowing them makes you come off as stupid.

Don't you ever strike your karate students Wears? No? I guess you coddle them and they won't be take a punch in real life. You do them a disservice.

Only in the correct situation (ie, a fight). Not because I'm a sore loser.

Miyagay caused the whole bleeding hands thing to begin with. Kreese advocating it didn't involve destruction of property either.

Kreese brought the hands thing on him self by trying to punch Miyagi. Daniel destroyed the dummy because Silver egged him on to hit it harder (to make his knuckles bleed), that's property. LOL, why are you so stupid?

Besides Whinielle wanted Kreese MURDERED. "Why didn't you (kill him) then!?" LOL

What has that got to do with Kreese being a bad guy? Why are you so stupid?

Lights out cruisin, Moms coming up the stairs and she better not find you on that internet again or you'll get a whupping. Like the one you just had!!
