Johnny gave Miguel a splash of alcohol because they really had something to celebrate.. the return of Cobra Kai after 30 years.
This return will go down as the most influential comeback in modern history. A little splash of alcohol for this event 30 years in the making is justified.
Miyagay on the other hand, got pissed DRUNK one night (for no reason) and shoved the glass of gasoline or god-knows-what in front of Whinielle and laughed at him when the poor kid nearly threw up from the poisoning.
