No way in hell he is beating Mike Barnes either. And a double hell no that he is ever dating a Robyn Lively type of chick. She could do a thousand times better. Makes me sick.
shareIn reality it was a very clever piece of writing to show the stark contrast between Larusso and his enemy, Mike Barnes. Larusso gave all his money to help Miyagi start a business, whereas Barnes demanded 50% ownership of his teacher Terry Silver's business.

When Larusso is training with Silver, he did that back roll and silver asked if Miyagi taught him that. Larusso very quickly said no. Later on Kreese and silver are watching Barnes in the tournament. Impressed with Barnes' moves, Kreese asks "Did you teach him that?" Silver, being proud of his student, replies "No, no, that one's all his."
Silver gives credit where it is due. Larusso takes credit for everything. Another example of Larusso taking credit is in Cobra Kai when he told Johnny "It was just a little old me in the All Valley," with no credit being given to Miyagi.
In Whinielle's defense when he "won" in KK3 he held up Miyagay's arm and not his. He knew his sad excuse for a win was in no way shape or form due to his skills. The win was solely because Miyagay inspired him to pull a fake-out geisha dance out of his ass so feminine it would make Samgerard blush.
