This is obviously a Remake of the Japanese movie "Mr. Vampire" wish I could see it. It needs a DVD release or instant play release on Netflix.

mr vampire was a hong kong movie but yea thats what this is ther are many mr vampire knock offs even the cast of mr vampire are in some of them

ther is also a movie called robo vampire that splices footage from this and new footage of a robot

you will have to forgive the lack of full stops lack of proper spelling im dyslexic but not stupid

"Mr. Vampire" can be seen on YouTube as it has been uploaded by at least two different channels. BTW, "The Jitters" is NOT a re-make, but a badly made direct-to-DVD so-called movie that used the Chinese myths that the "Mr.Vampire" franchise used. There is NO comparison in quality or execution. The "Mr. Vampire" movies are way, way better than this turkey!

But DVDs didn't exist in 1989. Only VHS, laserdisc and betamax. Just saying.
