Who was Pat? This movie was confusing....

I just finished watching the movie again specifically to see if I could find him, but I couldn't pick him out anywhere. You might note there are several characters listed in the credits but I never heard their names spoken in the film (Mia, Pat, Bill, Claire, Mildred, Harry). Also, keep in mind this was one of Colin Mochrie's very early roles - it might have been cut or he might be really hard to recognize.
There was also Grant Shaud - I didn't actually see him to recognize, but he has a distinctive voice which is what I recognized - when he asked a question of the mayor during the press conference announcing Nick's return to the force.

i would have liked if you mentioned how long you had been waiting for the order, couse i ordered a cd a bit of while ago that haven't shown up yet. i never in my life understood the concept of mixing comedy and violence though, i was just confused when a woman was close to being murdered and fun music was playing at the same time.
