Finally managed to track this movie down.

Despite my better judgment, I found this movie in a torrent with other christmas movies. Seeing as how it's not available on VHS OR dvd, can't say I feel bad for going the torrent route to get a copy I can watch. If anyone wants the torrent let me know.
