Just watched again, address was 420 Oak Lane

Even though 420 culture was recognized by hippies in the early 1970s, it really didn't hit mainstream status until the mid 1990s. It's possible the writers were referring to that, yet, it's also possible they were referring to 4/20 being Adolf Hitler's birthday, which would be appropriate considering the behavior of the gestapo-like officers in the story.
