I totally agree, this is one of the worst movies I've ever seen, it's so campy and childish not to mention it has Mickey Mouse jokes. Why people like this movie so much yet hate Crystal Skulls is beyond me.

Exactly and if you notice the entire ending is a plot hole, Sallah's gun that he pulls on the Nazis somehow disappears yet they still lay their guns down and run away, that means the 4 main characters should have been executed and never should have made it out alive. How anyone can excuse that is baffling.

I am in the minority not liking Temple of Doom at all and preferring both Raiders and Last Crusade to it. I admit I did like Crystal Skull a bit but it is inferior to Raiders and Last Crusade.

I don't get some people's hate of Last Crusade. A poster on here said Last Crusade was as bad as Batman and Robin and I really do not get how anyone could think that.

Temple of Doom was dogshit and anybody who likes it should seek therapy!

Raiders: A+
Temple: C- ( I mostly watch this one out of nostalgia, it is fun in places, and I like the characters(expect Willie) but it's not a very good film)
Last Crusade: B (This one could have been so much better without all of the corny jokes. They turned Marcus into a buffoon, and that's REALLY sad. Denholm Elliot, and his character deserved better)
Skull: F----- I don't know how the same guys that wrote, and directed the aforementioned movies made this pile of shit, but they did.

I watched this not long ago for on the CBS Sunday night movie thing. And it's the first time in a long time I watched it when I wasn't in the mood for it, and broken up with commercials so you don't fall under the spell of the movie. And it did not sit well with me. For the first time I saw what all the haters and detractors were moaning about. It might have ruined the movie for me, IDK. I'm wary to revisit it again any time soon.

I agree, it's riddled with plot holes, character errors, lazy writing and horrendous acting. I used to have "Indy marathons" and it always took like at least 3 days to make it through Last Crusade, there was only so much I could take at once, I eventually had to start watching them in chronological order so that Last Crusade would be broken up (1912 segment, then TOD, then Raiders then the remainder of LC)

I never said it was flawless, in fact I was somewhat critical of the scene where Daggett and Selina explain the Clean Slate, but it is as flawless as a movie can get and I have yet to hear a legit plot hole.

Last Crusade however has beyond an acceptable level of plot holes, lazy writing, bad characters, etc.

It is kind of a lame line, was changed from Mae West to Mickey Mouse, but it only lasts for half a second. The monkeys on a vine goes on for an agonizing 3 minutes.

Still that Mickey Mouse joke is like a nail being dragged across a chalk board and it stays in your head long after the movie is over, and it's not just the Mickey Mouse joke, it's that horrible boat chase, the terrible acting, the plot holes, the bad pacing, the character flaws, the fact that the entire ending is impossible, the pointless prologue, etc.

Last Crusade has far too many problems, Crystal Skull has many problems as well but some I am at least able to overlook.

Everything you described in Last Crusade is present and multiplied ten-fold in Crystal Skull. It’s like a carbon copy, except much lamer. At least Crusade felt like an organic part of the series, Skull is just a poor cash in.
