What is WRONG with our Justice System?!

Parnell only served 5 years for what he did to Steven and Timothy?!!??!?!?!?!
He STOLE 7 years of Steven's life literally, and damaged it forever.

I learned that he tried to purchase children after the fact. Pedophiles Don't Stop!

How can this happen? How can someone commit such a horrific crime and not be punished for it? How are people like Parnell able to serve minimal sentences and then come out in society and terrorize more children?

I honestly do not get it. I've heard of people getting decades for pot possession, but kidnapping, raping, and abusing children gets 5 years or less? I really don't understand out society.

I simply don't understand it either. I read he wasn't even prosecuted for the child abuse. How is that even possible???.

This sicko had raped a child before. Had been sentenced to 4 friggin year. 4.

Then served 3 and a half for kidnapping and systematically raping Steven. And kidnapping another child.

Seriously, how can this be possible?. What kind of laws are these?, are lawmakers pedophiles themselves or what?. People get much more time for a DIU accident ffs.

Honestly it is the liberalization of society. Instead of realizing that these sick animals never stop and we should just terminate them, or at least let them live in general population in prison so the prisoners take care of him, we try to figure out why they did it. They did it because they're sick losers, get rid of them

What's really wrong is an earlier act committed by Parnell when he was 19 and purchased a fake badge to pass himself as a cop and then lured a boy somewhere and then molested him and he never got punished for that crime. They should've put him away then.

I live in California, and our legal system has gotten way worse, with the softening up on crime. In an effort to reduce our prison population which is bursting at the seams...Our Governor passed AB 109, which has basically released dangerous felons into county jails, and reduced several felonies to minor misdemeanors...So basically you now serve NO TIME for things like theft under $950.00, drug possession/dealing, burglary (under a certain amount) and auto theft.

The government here has basically thrown their hands into the air, and turned the streets over to criminals. Our crime rate as a result, has tripled.
