DO SHOW THIS TO KIDS
In response to the other thread, this film will let them know that at around the age of 11 or 12 they cease to be human beings and become consumers, in this festering fly-blown capitalist society that we live in!

Consumerism probably doesn't come along too far after consciousness. Young kids are great consumers and companies know this. As a poster at the McDonald's I worked at said, so aptly - "make every child feel like the most important person in the restaurant. Kid's [sic] are the customers of the future!" Gotta train them young...
I saw this when I was a kid, absolutely agree with the OP. Teaches kids about some of the crazy world that they'll be living in.
