Anyone have a copy on dvd-r? Please help!

Living here in the United States, finding a copy of this film has proven to be impossible. Not having a PAL vcr, a VHS copy from eBay would do me no good. Is there anyone out there who could possibly copy this onto a region-free dvd for me? I have TONS of rare horror films to offer for trade. Or I will pay cash. I need this film. Please help a fellow bad horror fan out...
