cut Meat Grinder scene

When I was a kid and bought Fangoria magazine like crazy, I remember them showing a photo from the movie. The photo had a guy's body dunped into a restaurant meat grinder with his legs sticking out. Of course there was freshly grinded "meat" spewing out the spout. Damn MPAA back then in the late 80's pretty much crippled horror movies made them cut scenes like this. The film only showed Lance Henricksen runing through the restaurant kitchen chasing Max Jenke (Brion James).

It would have been grossly classic to see a wiggling body being done-in like this. Ah well....

I taped the uncut version from TV in the early 90s;
the tape is practically worn out;
I'd love to get an uncut DVD.
Since the uncut version was shown on TV here (including the meat-grinder scene); there must be an uncut version out there.
PLEASE RELEASE IT ON DVD

i just watched the ancher bay dvd and was pissed when i found out it was the butchered theatrical version...all the cool effects i read about and saw pictures of in gorezone were sloppily cut out of the film..why does anchor bay continue to suck so much?

weird, i just read that the dutch region 2 was uncut. i bought a boxset with the 4 House movies and sadly the third is cut to 90 minutes instead of 95, which makes me angry as there was, as always, no "this DVD was cut to annoy our beloved audience" sticker or anything. well at least the other 3 werent cut....20 € for 4 movies, 3 of em uncut...shouldnt be complayining i guess......now i just wish the movies were good, which isnt the case either lol. although i did enjoy the second title a bit.

i know i shouldnt buy german DVDs, but its not like i have a choice. i live in luxembourg!

Oh, yeah! I still have that Fango. The funniest thing to me about that pic is the caption they had along with it: "We had a great joke to go with this shot, but a prominent fast food chain threatened to sue." The article also shows a graphic pic of the BF's body torn into pieces, Lance opening his chest and showing his heart, a head in a deep-fryer, more. The MPAA must've had a field day with this flick.

Yup, that's the MPAA for you. Trying to cut the good scenes because of the fact that they think it's "too intense" or "too gruesome".

In other words they like to ruin it for the non-prudish like I.
