I remember laughing really hard at a line in this movie

After a failed attempt to execute the serial killer dude in the electric chair he says something like "Is that all you got?? All that did was give me a *beep*ing hard-on!" LOL I barely remember any of this movie anymore, but that line always stuck with me as being hilarious
