That my friend would be Tony Hawk, who playes the character of Buddie who works at the Pizza Hut. Whats funny about that scene is the fact that they put Tony Hawk stickers in the plane and THAT IS Tony Hawk!

yeah thats tony hawk. i watched that movie the other day and tried to look for buddy. as i found out who he was, i recognised him from my brothers game 'tony hawk underground 2'.he looks the same, just with longer hair.
