you can tell he is being funny when he gives the sheepish smirk.

I never watched the entirety of The Sound of Music either. Just seen a few minutes here and there.

My parents made me watch Sound of Music as a kid so I knew the reference. They also made me watch Driving Miss Daisy and Places in the Heart as a kid too. Hated all of them as a kid. I like them now. At least the later 2. I haven't seen Sound of music since I was a kid but I generally don't care for musicals.

If you haven't seen the Sound of Music, you are either a Millennial, or Black. The Sound of Music, Marry Poppins, Parent Trap, Wizard of Oz, should all be mandatory viewing before you turn 10.

Millennials are technically people born from 1980 to 2000. But I get what you're saying, you're talking about the latter crops of Millennials.

No I'm not. Latter crop of Millennials? People born in the 80s have NOTHING in common with the dbags who were born in the 90s or after. This article might help you.
