I give this movie an 8/10, I thought it was a very good sequel to the classic original and I always have a lot of fun watching this movie as I do with the original, I do agree this film isn't as great as the original but the fun factor of this movie still remains high

I've always liked it since I was a kid and think it's underrated.

Absolutely agree. I can't understand how after all that happened in the 1st film, that they could even be considered frauds. They also weren't even compensated at all for saving the city like they were supposed to. The scum mayor betrayed them. It's as if the entire city collectively said "Yeah...none of that stuff happened at the top of the skyrise, it was just a huge setup. There wasn't an enormous Marshmallow stay-puft walking through downtown Manhattan. The Ghostbusters are frauds!" So, I give it a 9 out of 10 simply because of that ridiculous plot point that isn't even fully addressed.
shareIt might have made more sense for the Ghostbusters to fall out of favor because they're being blamed for the outbreak itself, ala Batman and his rogues gallery. There is some truth to it since Ray inadvertently chose Mr. Stay Puft.
share10/10, same as the original. Both are infinitely entertaining and rewatchable for me. Wish GB2 was as well-regarded as the first.
