Why are you came?

The whole Janosz Poha character was hilarious, especially that little wet fish handshake he gives Venkman when they meet...I wish they could have carried on with the same humor as the first film, as they had to tone this down to make it more kid-friendly, but overall a lot of laughs.

Egon at the construction scene was hilarious too. "What was I doing while you two were getting coffee for an hour?". LOL

Haha, Janosz is a legend. The guy playing him is a great actor. "How's the baby? Wooooooh!!".

I am Djour Djilios. Could you spell that please? I don't think so. Try it with a "D".

But I voo!

Oh God. Fortune vomits on my eiderdown once more.

reply

Haha. I like that scene where Vigo is talking to Janosz and he's like "yes, you've said this before" or something like that.

"Yes, I've heard all of this...the scourge..."

Ghostbusters II was not the turd that most people say it is, I understand that the tone had to be lighter considering all the GB merchandising that had taken place in the years before the sequel, but this film in itself is still pretty dang funny.

Yep, agreed. I saw this movie twice in theatres when it came out and I've always thought it was a worthy sequel of the original, some real funny lines and they did some cool new things with the original characters like turning Lewis in to a Ghostbuster haha. Definitely underappreciated. The people who bash it probably think the new feminist ghostbuster movie is a better film lmao.

Aside from the Ghostbusters themselves he's my favorite character in the movie. As much as I love the first GB I think this one is funnier and overall more entertaining. They say they toned it down to be more kid friendly but aside from removing smoking there is still sexual innuendo that woukd fly over kid's heads and the villain is pretty damn scary for a "kids" movie. Everything you're doing is bad I want you to know this.

Well....hey you. Don't let the bedbugs bite.

On a side note, it's a shame that a third film with the original cast couldn't have been made shortly after Ghostbusters II with Tully as a full-fledged Ghostbuster. I understand he quit Hollywood after his wife had passed, and Bill Murray and Harold Ramis had some kind of fallout after filming Groundhog Day, which would have voided the possibility...but who knows what other hilarious stuff could have happened.

Instead, we get that abortion of a turd that was passed off as a Ghostbusters successor. Never saw it, never will!
