Running Time

I just saw that this movie is now available on DVD from Echo Bridge Entertainment with a running time of 144 minutes. This was originally a two part TV movie that ran four hours with commercials, and about 190 minutes without. That means 46 minutes are missing from Echo Bridge's print. So, when can I expect an uncut print on DVD?

I watched this movie last night and noticed the discrepancy in running time of 44 minutes. However I don't know when an uncut print will be provided - if ever.

I have a VHS version that is only 102 minutes, and a dvd that is 144. If 144 is cut down, then there must be a lot missing from the VHS version.
