For 100 minutes roughly of the film I was pondering this question of one of Regine's henchmen (or henchwomen) "Is it male or female?". It bothered me so much that I had to come to this site for the answer. The character is Belle played by Russell Clark, so the answer is Male. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem throughout the film.

Yes I remember checking the cast to try to figure out if Mr. Clark's character was male or female. He did a great job in Fright Night 2.

I think it is pretty funny I never thought to check to see if Belle was a woman or not. Belle would have been a freaky ass woman now that I think of it. I think it is funny all this time I thought Belle was a woman, ugly but a woman all the same.

I should have asked Tommy Lee Wallace back in March about that but I did not think about it back then. Yes Belle would have been a freaky ass woman all right!
