ray liotta turns in a tour-de-force performance!

I felt that this was an excellent film that paved the path to stardom for Ray. His sad departure from the Canadian horror genre to the wise guys genre was inevitable but we can enjoy him in his prime with this precious gem. Also, not to be missed was a pre - Twin Peaks Lara Flynn Boyle. Some might say she was not at her prime in acting ability yet but you can see the talent oozing out of her, waiting to be recognized. Stellar performances from both!
