Boom Mic: The Motion Picture

Yeah; I know. People pick on "Gnaw: The Food of the Gods Part II" all the time.

However; while most of the acting is weak - there is a GREAT supporting turn by the boom microphone. Not only does he appear at random (in more than 6 scenes) - but he steals the show every time. Plus; even when he's not on screen - you can usually see his pole in the reflection of all the cabinets during the laboratory scenes.

Where was the Golden Globe nomination for supporting actor when this came out? My pick for 1989: The boom mic.

Also, may I add - this film may have had the deepest line of dialogue of any release in the decade. The quote: "Since when do cars eat livers?". Sit on that for a while and look for the deeper meaning.

I haven't seen this in years, but I can't remember if it's worse than the original. The original is bad, but still old school 70's classic.
