At the nightclub when Candy admires the blonde's huge earrings, the girl replies, "They're my Dad's." I don't get the joke (sorry). Are the earrings dog-tags or other male items? Maybe it's just a twist on "They're my Mom's."

If I remember correctly, they were credit cards. American Express.
