Favorite Scene

I just saw the movie and my favorie scene was when Dinger was sitting in the car all by him self (i think he was drunk). and hes babbling on about how hes too cool and good looking to be sitting all by himself in the car, how he should have a girl next to him. "i had a girl at the dance" "She totally wanted me" then he says something about being in the hawaiin islands with a pina coolata. those lines were hilarious. "Hello Ho-ney"

its the scene where hes waiting for the psycho joel to come back w/a gun.

You may think this is depressing, but I like teh scene where Bobby is thrown out of the house and is crying on the lawn. I just thought the emotions were great in that scene.

You hear what Guest just said, mother *beep*

The best scene is the climax in the alley when Joel's waving the gun around (mainly because Joel is one of the best and most original characters ever).

I was just watching this movie. I love it.

My fave scene is when Corey F. character's is dancing in the gym with Meredith's character watching him.

Joel was a such jerk. I don't think it was that original in the teen movies it seems there's always a villian or character like that. imho anyway.

I agree with you on the dance scene being the best. *Eyes pop out of head and screams remembering that red and striped leotard*

But I agree with the previous poster that Joel is a very original character. He is loyal as hell, but yet a jerk. He's smart, but a rebel. Very interesting, imo

My favorite scene is when they collide on bikes and "Into the Mystic" is playing. There's something mysterious about the moonlight and the song and everything.

I concur totally. I have always loved that part

i totally agree, that's also my favorite scene.

Haha! I love that "Hello Honey" part! The way he says it just makes him so adorable! Me and my friend also to always say the " Hey guys, where are you going? It's a party! Who's got the chips?". We use to re-wind that scene over and over again.

Hello Honey, LOVED that scene! All this time I thought that was an inside joke to me. I would reference it throughout the years, and get that, "Huh?" look from other folks. Glad to see others tickled by that also...
I see others mentioned "THE unitard(s)*sigh* Meredith, Jami Gertz, Linda Fiorentino and other brunettes of the 80's that rallied in hotness against the oppressive art-deco regime of the blondes...Thank You.

AP Out.

I liked when Lainie and Bobby/Coleman were dancing.

They don't make guys like that nowadays. They left with Coleman (RIP)
