Was Dream Team made before Batman?

It seems very strange that Michael Keaton (who would star in "Batman" the same year opposite Jack Nicholson as the Joker) would appear in this film playing basically a version of the same type of character that Nicholson played in the earlier "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest".

The fact that Christopher Lloyd appears in this film as well as Cuckoo's Nest is an additional coincidence (or is it?)
Conspiracy theorists want to know.

This was released in April of '89; Batman was released in June of '89. BUT...The Dream Team was filmed before Batman.

Wanna hear something else thats strange? Peter Boyle's absolute first role in a film was that of a member of a therapy group in the final 2 minutes of 'Diary of a Mad House Wife' . His line is basically 'what kind of a problem is that?' because she basically says that her life is boring and she has a lifeless marriage.
